If your club  finances are sound enough without the income from the Dinner , then use it as your main set piece fundraiser - but to make worthwhile money you probably need a full house with a good raffle.  Get a celebrity guest like we had 2 years ago as a main attraction.

Keep the Saturday bacon rolls going and dedicate your home game Latte takings as tour income .

Do a sponsored coaches carol singing event

Buy and raffle an Ulster half season ticket or a pair of..

Do Sunday car washes in the carpark

Do Bag packing at Tescos or Sainsburys

Design and sell a Minis Calendar for 2012

Have a car boot sale on the Car Park on a Sunday

Do a Golf Day

Do some kind of event at the festival specifically to raise tour funds -bacon rolls or hot dogs, or charge a pound per programme

Get a tour sponsor to provide tour shirts and kit bags

Hopefully there's something in the above that will fly....
